Meet Our Qualified Staff
Mr. Deyling is Summit's President and is a Certified Geologist in Maine and a Professional Hydrogeologist. He manages site characterization and watershed survey projects for the firm. A Maine-licensed site evaluator, Mike designs and installs sanitary septic systems, both commercial and residential. James W. Bouquet, P.E., CPESC Mr. Bouquet is Vice-President and Principal Engineer at Summit, where he specializes in remedial work plan development, CQA including geosynthetics, construction management and site stormwater (SWPPP) and spill (SPCC) control. He is a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC). Dennis B. Kingman, Jr., CHMM Mr. Kingman is manager of Summit's enviornmental services. He has over twenty years of experience providing environmental and industrial hygene related services. He manages both environmental consulting as well as health and safety projects for the firm. Mr. Kingman is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager and served as president of the Maine Indoor Air Council. He is a licensed asbestos abatement inspector, designer and management planner. Darrell A. Gilman Mr. Gilman manages the operation of Summit's Construction Materials Testing Laboratory in Augusta, Maine. He has over twenty years of experience and possesses significant technical knowledge of construction materials. His specialized experience includes evaluation of barrier layer materials (clay) and borrow source selection. Michael J. Walsh, P.E., MBA Mr. Walsh brings over fifteen years of civil engineering, construction management and environmental consulting to the position of Construction Materials Testing, Business Manager. In addition to day-to-day financial operations of the CMT Group, Mr. Walsh is responsible for business development and client relations. Suzanne Chase Ms. Chase performs environmental site assessments for sites throughout New England. A geologist, she is responsible for managing Summit's ground water monitoring/sampling projects. John Cressey Mr. Cressey has experience with environmental sampling and Phase I and Phase II site assessments. He has managed multiple large-scale hazardous waste remediation and spill clean-up projects. He is thoroughly familiar with the USEPA and Maine DEP Brownfields Program including the Maine Voluntary Response Action Program (VRAP). |
