Dennis B. Kingman, CHMMManager, Environmental ServicesMr. Kingman has over 20 years experience providing asbestos and lead management, occupational health and safety and environmental management services to industry, public and private academic institutions and local, state and federal government. As Manager of Environmental Services, Mr. Kingman oversees and coordinates day-to-day environmental, asbestos, lead-based paint (LBP), polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), health and safety, industrial hygiene, and indoor air quality (IAQ) management services. He is experienced in conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Preliminary Environmental Site Screenings, and associate HUD related documentation, OSHA-compliance audits, developing and implementing health and safety programs and associated training. He has served as in-house safety manager for a large academic institution, developing and implementing exposure assessment programs and managing asbestos management programs for a broad range of public and private sector facilities. He has particular expertise in developing and overseeing health and safety programs and developing and managing complex asbestos management programs for a wide variety of public and private entities.Mr. Kingman is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) and past President of the Maine Indoor Air Council..
