Mr. Bouquet provides senior level design, management and quality assurance for environmental construction and remediation projects including site improvements, soil and ground water remediation, regulatory permit renewals and compliance, and ground water recovery and treatment system operation. His expertise includes building demolition, remedial work plan development and implementation, project and construction management and quality assurance, stormwater permit compliance and spill control (SPCC).Mr. Bouquet is certified under the Geosynthetic Certification Institute’s – Inspection Certification Program (GCI-ICP) for Geosynthetic Materials and Compacted Clay Liner Inspection.
