Mr. Walsh has been the Resident Project Engineer on multiple major landfill expansion projects providing on-site engineering support and construction quality assurance. He has extensive experience with Construction Materials Testing including soils, concrete and geosynthetics. In addition to construction, he has in depth knowledge of hazardous waste disposal and permitting, spill control and erosion and sediment control.Mr. Walsh is certified under the Geosynthetic Certification Institute’s – Inspection Certification Program (GCI-ICP) for Geosynthetic Materials and Compacted Clay Liner Inspection.
